Q. How many garrisons/houses should i build?
A. This is down to the Personal preference of the player but an even spread of both 10/9 - 9/10 is probably best for the average city... however if you feel you want to increase the speed of troop training times then it is better to have more garrisons 7/12. And likewise if you feel you want a greater # of troops then its better to have more houses 12/7.
