Q. What is the difference between a Lord and a Leader?

A. Technically speaking, the only difference between a Lord and a Leader is the ability to promote or demote leaders. Both a Lord and a Leader can accept and reject players during the recruiting process. Both are also able to dismiss members too. Usually the responsibilities of the lords and leaders are determined by the Overlord.
